No Other Woman’ reaches P100-M mark

Despite Typhoon Pedring affecting Metro Manila and most part of Luzon, the film “No Other Woman,” earned P15 million on its first day and grossed P100 million in just five days.

The lines along the ticket booths were apparently so long that prompted the management of SM Cinemas to open four cinemas for the movie alone.

Aside from its box-office success, lead stars Cristine Reyes, Anne Curtis, and Derek Ramsay have another reason to be happy. The film was graded an “A” by the Cinema Evaluation Board of the Philippines, meaning the board found significant moral lessons about the movie itself.

Even in social networking sites, “No Other Woman” remains the talk-of-the-town as moviegoers cited the movie for its amazing story, above par acting, numerous memorable and funny lines, and the lessons imparted by the movie.

The film is a joint venture of Star Cinema and Viva Films.
